Delivery / Shipping

Are There Any Shipping Charges?

America-wide shipping is free for orders over $129 and $14.95 for orders under $129.

Shipping typically takes 2–4 business days, depending on your location, the time of your order, and USPS delivery schedules. Please note that shipping times may be affected by weekends and holidays.

If you haven’t received your package within 4 business days, contact us, and we will follow up with USPS to help resolve any issues.

Yes, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number within 24-48  hours after your payment is processed. Simply follow the link or search for your tracking #, and you will be able to track your package.

If, for any reason, you did not receive your order, contact support at [email protected], and we’ll help you fix any issues. If your package was lost or never delivered, we will send out a new order free of charge. If the courier delivers your package and it is physically stolen after delivery, we are not liable in this instance.

You will need to sign for the package unless you specifically ask for no signature. We are not liable for the package if you waive the signature upon delivery.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear, especially during busy shipping periods. If your tracking hasn’t moved after 2 full business days, please reach out to us with your order number so we can check the status and assist you.

Yes—if your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can update your shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Once a package has been shipped, we’re unable to make changes.

At this time, we do not offer express or overnight shipping. All orders are shipped using our standard delivery service to ensure safe and reliable arrival.
